A Little Blood Red Never Hurt A Painting Empty A Little Blood Red Never Hurt A Painting

Conner found the art room with ease. After going here for 2 years already, finding it was pretty easy. She took off her backpack, slid her wrist sheathes hidden under her top into the front pocket. She pulled down a chair and pulled out a fresh canvas. Her first two periods were independent art and painting, and that morning when she woke up... She knew what she wanted to paint.

She kicked her bag to the side and sat on the table. Generally there were only 3 or 4 people in independent rt, so most regulars were used to her behaviour. Conner unrolled her brushes, pulled out paint kits and went to work. Five minutes into the class she realized she wasn't alone but she was covered in paint and humming music to her own mental theme song. The teacher was just staring at her before they came over and looked at the painting. They nodded and patted her back then went back to their desk, letting the students do what they wanted.

Conner smiled and pulled out a knife, slitting her wrist slightly enough to mix blood with the red, adding a new texture to it. When she painted the lips on the girl on the portrait, the blood just dripped down. She smiled as she licked her wound quietly, watching the painting form itself.

Jun woke up early, which was a very strange thing for a vampire. He didn't care people seemed to think of him as crazy anyways. He decided to paint, yes, painting seemed like a good thing to do early in the morning.

Jun moved silently out of his room, he didn't want to wake his roommate but had to run back in. He had forgotten to put his uniform on... again. The second time he left the room he was ready for the day, he had taken his pill, drank some blood from the small fridge in his room and head out singing about elephants. Jun liked elephants.

He walked in unnoticed and took a seat near the back and away from the windows. Why did the sun have to be so bright? He wondered as he began to paint the strangest forms one could think. It was like different colors had exploded on his canvas as they mixed and created shadows of what could be people.

His head snapped to the right as soon as the smell hit him. Blood... Jun licked his lips but continued to paint and only when he deemed the painting finished he looked around the room.

He sniffed the air, he was the only Vampire awake. His eyes landed on a girl licking her wrist. "Not fair" He mumbled under his breath. "She gets to lick the blood" He frowned and returned his attention to his painting. It was one of his best yet.

Conner continued working, eyes still on the painting. She growled and kicked it off the table and pulled out a new canvas. She laid it on the table flat and with her fingers she started working, eyes wide. At one point she raised her head, eyes directly pointed at Jun. She didn't know him. She didn't like him though.

Her teeth showed and then she lowered her head, getting back to work. She swiped the brush over her wound and started painting. She pulled her hair up and slid an elastic band into it, feeling hot as she worked on the painting. The teacher collected her first one and set it on the drying rack.

When she heard a sniff, her eyes rose to the male in the corner once more and she just stared at him, unsure but paying attention. Dark corner, sniffing when blood was around... She glared again.

Jun felt eyes on him but ignored. Everyone was always watching him. He grinned feeling accomplished as he stood up to place his painting on the drying rack. Now he could go back to sleep. His job was done and the other classes were plain none sense.

He stopped in front of the painting of the girl and sniffed again as he leaned closer and closer. Jun would've hit his face on the painting if it weren't for the orange in it. He quickly moved away looking at the painting with a mixture of admiration and disgust. "Why orange?" He muttered tilting his head to one side then another as if to see better the painting.

In one swift motion he turned the painting upside down. Smiling satisfied with how it looked he turned and left the room.

Conner just watched the male and frowned. She put her new painting up and followed him outside but lost him in the crowd. She glared and went back to her table. She pulled out a sketchbook then glanced at the painting. It wasn't done yet. It still had days and days of work. But it was started. And now it was upside down.

That guy was weird, no doubt about that. She stuck a paint brush into her hair and got to work on sketching, trying to ignore the nagging feeling that that man was a vampire. And she was about 90 percent sure he was and 10 percent sure he was just fucking nuts.

Jun walked back into the room humming to himself. He had left his bag. That was the plus side of having someone follow you around, they would remind you of the little things like putting your clothes on and not forgetting your bag but it got annoying when they tried to tell him what to do. He could handle himself. No need for a vampire baby-sitter.

He grabbed his things, put his sunglasses on and got out of the classroom... through the window. It was faster that walking around the building.

Conner just watched the male act out and she turned to her page. He was DEFINITELY a vampire. But she couldn't just... kill him. No, she had to be more tactical than that. In the early morning. She'd find him then and leave no trace behind.

She smirked, packing up and saluting the teacher. She left the room to go to the courtyard. Maybe they'd have the archery range up already.
