The Gathering Empty The Gathering

Seymour walked in not bothering to acknowledge the humans around him and moved towards the elevator. He had called a meeting to discuss his school. Truth be told the school already existed but it was in ruins and about to close its doors when he stepped in and bought it, little did the owner know that the reason the institution was failing had to do with Seymour himself.

In any case, he had the building reformed but kept the antique look. Then he blackmailed his way into allowing that vampires and humans attended the school and it was only fair werewolves join in, it would provide a way of keeping an eye on those things and diminish the animosity between races.

The problem was when hunters found out about it and insisted on having their people involved. It was not like Seymour would breach the Masquerade by letting his people feed on the other students, that was never his intention. All he wanted was to prove to quite a few of the elders that yes, he knew what he was doing and create a less hostile environment in his dominion.

From a historical point of view, this region had always been some sort of unofficial diplomatic state. Vampires, Werewolves and Humans flocked towards here. It was a safe place where unless you did something wrong you could live a normal life, well, as normal as a vampire or werewolf could be.

In any case, most cities were constantly at war with everything and anything. It was really quite stupid, really. There would be a time when the survival of all three races would depend on their ability to work together and judging from now, they were in a lot of trouble.

He smiled as some of his trusted companions were already waiting for him as well as some faces that he not seen before.
